GYİAD 19th Term Ordinary General Assembly Meeting

General Information

Our association held its 19th Ordinary General Assembly meeting on May 30, 2023. The opening speech of the meeting was made by Mrs. İrem Pehlivanoğlu Gürkaş, Chairman of the Board of the 18th Term. Then, the Secretary General of our Association, Sinem Sonuvar Birbilen, presented the 18th Term Activity Report. Immediately afterwards, within the scope of the meeting agenda, the details of the 18th Term Balance Sheet, income and expense accounts were shared by Mr. Avni Sönmezyıldız, Vice Chairman of the Auditing Board. At the aforementioned meeting, the election of the permanent and substitute members of the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board of GYİAD was held, and Mustafa Özer was elected as the 19th Term Chairman of the Board of Directors of our Association.
