Under the leadership of GYİAD President Mustafa Özer, the GYİAD Board visited Erdal Bahçıvan, Chairman of the Board of the Istanbul Chamber of Industry (İSO). During the meeting, we discussed the integration of young business leaders into the industrial ecosystem, digital transformation, and sustainable growth.

Our Chairman of the Board, Mustafa Özer, visited Mr. Mustafa Gültepe, President of the Turkish Exporters Assembly (TİM).

As a delegation from GYİAD, we met with the Mayor of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality, Mr. Ekrem İmamoğlu. During this valuable meeting, we discussed how we can increase our contributions in areas such as employment, academia, sustainability, digitalization, entrepreneurship, and the economy. Additionally, as representatives of the young business community, we evaluated how we can undertake joint projects in these areas for the future of Istanbul. We thank Mr. Mayor for sharing his valuable time with us.

As a GYİAD Delegation, led by our Chairman of the Board, Mustafa Özer, we visited the President of DEİK, Nail Olpak. Nail Olpak emphasized the impact of DEİK's 152 business councils worldwide on the international representation of our business community, sharing their roles in foreign economic relations in areas such as foreign trade, international investments, services, and logistics. Mustafa Özer, our Chairman of the Board, discussed the comprehensive efforts of our association in employment, sustainability, digitalization, and the economy. Additionally, as a founding member of DEİK, we had the opportunity to evaluate new opportunities for collaboration, especially in areas such as digitalization.

At the Presidents Meeting we organized, all generations of GYİAD came together to transfer the experience rooted in our heritage to the future. Together, we reinforced our vision of building a brighter future.

The GYİAD Sustainability Summit took place with our esteemed speakers and participants.

We came together with esteemed economists Ege Cansen and Prof. Dr. Asaf Savaş Akad, moderated by Dr. Can Fuat Gürlesel, at our 'Economic Breakfast' event. We thoroughly discussed Turkey's economic dynamics. In this event, where various topics from the real economy to financial markets were addressed, we talked about the future of Turkey's economy.

Our 'Breakfast of Tomorrow' event, organized for the second time by our Entrepreneurship Working Group, took place this year with the theme of 'Opening Up to the World.' We gathered with esteemed speakers to engage in comprehensive discussions on the trends of the future.

At the "GYİAD Market Talks" organized by the GYİAD Economic Relations Committee, we hosted Başak Karaca, the General Manager of Coca-Cola Caucasus and Central Asia Region. In this inspiring conversation, we delved deeply into the issue of "Being a Woman in the Business" providing an opportunity for female leaders in the business to share their experiences.

Gender equality in the business world is among the most important issues we focus on. We evaluated possible projects with Yanındayız Association, which has carried out valuable work in this context.

During our visit to SEDEFED and TÜRKONFED, we discussed our work in the areas of entrepreneurship, digitalization, sustainability, and employment, and explored potential joint projects between the associations.
