Equality Act Working Group

It’s aimed to raise awareness among our members, as well as in the private sector organizations and the community related to bringing female labor force to the economy in Turkey, empowering the women in business life, enabling the women in the management of companies, and social gender equality. Accordingly, projects with the theme of “Business Woman of the Future” have been launched. These projects plan to conduct seminars, research studies, activities and trainings in order to determine what women will need in preparing for the future.
