Organized with the cooperation of GYİAD Digital Working Group and Eurasia Work Process, “Digitalization of Business Processes” conference was held on December 14, 2017 at the Point Hotel Barbaros. Innovation and Digital Transformation Consultant Ergi Şener moderated the conference where Coca Cola Turkey Trade Marketing Manager Feiza Gülerler, Kiğılı Deputy CEO Sena Suerdem, Denizbank HR Analytics and Deniz Academy Group Manager Tankut Çığır, Medipol Health Group Corporate Marketing and International Patient Services Coordinator Uygar Üstün have attended as speakers. They shared their knowledge and experiences with the GYİAD members and guests.

We held the “Guide for Social Gender Equality in Communication” Workshop organized by GYİAD Women Working Group with the participation of our members.

Mr. Hüseyin Gelis, the Chairman of Board of Directors of Siemens, accepted the GYİAD Delegation headed by Mr. Yiğit Savcı, the Chairman of the Board of Directors, on December 05, 2017 at Siemens building in Istanbul. The cooperation possibilities between two companies were evaluated during the meeting. In addition to the Chairman Yiğit Savcı, the Board Members İrem Pehlivanoğlu, İbrahim Arınç, General Secretary Buse Pınar Kaçar and GYİAD General Coordinator Sinem Sonuvar also attended to the said meeting

In the lecture of Marmara University GYİAD Academy, our Member Mr. Mustafa Özer explained the “Foreign Trade, Logistics and Import-Export” module.

“Talks on Us” dinner meeting on “Industry 4.0 and IOT” organized by our Digital Working Group was held on November 30, 2017 at the La Scarpetta Restaurant. During the meeting, Bosch Turkey IoT / Industry 4.0 Coordinator Mr. Mustafa Ayhan shared his knowledge and experience.

Mrs. Jennifer Davis, the US Istanbul Consul General, accepted the GYİAD Delegation headed by Mr. Yiğit Savcı, the Chairman of the Board of Directors, on November 29, 2017 at her official seat in Istanbul. In addition to the commercial relations, also the potential project collaborations between Turkey - United States of America were evaluated during the meeting. In addition to the Chairman Yiğit Savcı, the Vice Chairmen İlkay Demirdağ, Fuat Pamukçu, Board members Gülden Güral, Egemen Kaya, Pelin Özer, İbrahim Arınç, Vedat Karako, General Secretary Buse Pınar Kaçar and GYİAD General Coordinator Sinem Sonuvar attended to the said meeting.

Mr. Naci Ağbal, the Minister of Finance, accepted the GYİAD Delegation headed by Mr. Yiğit Savcı, the Chairman of the Board of Directors, on November 28, 2017 at his official seat in Ankara.

Our traditional GYİAD Member Meeting night was held on November 27, 2018 at Vogue Restaurant & Bar with the high participation of our members.

During our panel titled “Workplace Policy Development and Implementation Guide for Domestic Violence Against Women”, which is developed by Sabancı University Corporate Management Forum with the collaboration of TÜSİAD and the support of United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) and Association of Sabancı, our members from the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) Mrs. Meltem Ağduk, Sabancı University Corporate Management Forum Mrs. Sevda Alkan, Garanti Bank Mrs. Tuğçe Kayaalp Yeşilyurt, Yeşim Textile Mrs. Dilek Cesur and Organic Chemistry Mrs. Asuman Yorulmaz shared the implementation examples with our members and guests.
