Our 'Breakfast of Tomorrow' event, organized for the second time by our Entrepreneurship Working Group, took place this year with the theme of 'Opening Up to the World.' We gathered with esteemed speakers to engage in comprehensive discussions on the trends of the future."

The 5th episode of the "Bilene Sorduk" Podcast began by offering valuable insights into the academic journey of Fatih Uysal, the CEO of kariyer.net, which started at Galatasaray High School at the age of 11 and continued at Boğaziçi University. Additionally, his career journey, shaped by experiences gained abroad, was also discussed. In our in-depth conversation, we delved into topics such as artificial intelligence, flexible leadership, and the ability to adapt. We also discussed emerging professions in the evolving business world and offered practical advice for those seeking a new direction in their careers.

Within the scope of GYİAD Academy, Ms. Melis Topal, one of our Board Members at Yeditepe University, inspired the leaders of the future with her narrative on "Artificial Intelligence."

As part of the GYİAD Academy at Yeditepe University, our Vice Chairman of the Board, Mr. Berkay Somal, gave a presentation to the youth on "Sustainability and Branding in Family Businesses," sharing his knowledge and experiences.

At the "GYİAD Market Talks" organized by the GYİAD Economic Relations Committee, we hosted Başak Karaca, the General Manager of Coca-Cola Caucasus and Central Asia Region. In this inspiring conversation, we delved deeply into the issue of "Being a Woman in the Business" providing an opportunity for female leaders in the business to share their experiences.

GYİAD We had the pleasure of sharing our Traditional GYİAD Iftar with even more people this year. This year, we went beyond the iftar and became a means to a special purpose in cooperation with the Needs Map. Our members provided Ramadan Package support to 1000 families living in the earthquake zone.

Gender equality in the business world is among the most important issues we focus on. We evaluated possible projects with Yanındayız Association, which has carried out valuable work in this context.

As GYİAD, we have been focusing on report studies for years in order to make decisions on solid foundations in the business world, and this year, we started working on the report we will prepare under the leadership of our Employment Working Group Co-Chairs and organized a workshop event with our different sector representative members.

We had unforgettable moments at our special event hosted by Fermas General Manager Özgür Süslü. We would like to extend our thanks to Mr. Özgür Süslü for the valuable information and contributions he shared.

In the 4th episode of BileneSorduk Podcast, we discussed civil society and social entrepreneurship issues in depth with Ashoka Türkiye Programs Director Gizem Kendik Önduygu. As GYİAD, we have taken an important step to further strengthen the entrepreneurship ecosystem with the cooperation protocol we signed with the JA Turkiye. By encouraging the emergence of innovative ideas and sustainable business models through the joint projects we will carry out together, we aim to contribute to the economic development of our country and pave the way for initiatives that will lead our youth to global success.

We came together with our members at our special breakfast event, which we organized to strengthen our member relations and have an energetic start to the new year.

Our Board Member Mustafa Kemal Sözkesen, who collected the highest donation to TEMA Foundation, was deemed worthy of an award by running in the Istanbul Marathon on behalf of GYİAD. We congratulate Mustafa Kemal Sözkesen for this valuable contribution.
