Technology Fuels Job Insecurity

Responding to questions from Hürriyet, GYİAD Chairman Mustafa Özer emphasized that one of the main challenges in an increasingly digital world is vocational training and the shortage of qualified mid-level professionals. Özer stated, “We are living in a digitalizing world, and we believe our educational institutions must adapt accordingly. Individuals equipped with digital skills will be more successful in emerging job roles and will help build a more competitive economy.”
